CEO Office Associate/Special Projects

Responsibilities

• Research and synthesize complex topics quickly: competitive landscape, market dynamics, product positioning, client context

• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the CEO

• Track and manage cross-functional projects — owning progress across teams and flagging blockers early

• Analyze data and build models to support decision-making (business cases, scenario analysis, growth metrics)

• Assist in investor-facing and board-level prep: narrative building, data packaging, deck reviews

• Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, Slack threads) with minimal direction

• Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to stay close to the business and connect dots across functions

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background — math, statistics, engineering, or economics (Math Olympiad or equivalent is a major plus)

• Extremely sharp and intellectually curious

• 1–2 years of experience

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Genuine interest in AI and growth
