About the role
Growth Engine Ownership: You are responsible for building and operating our commercial growth engine that shapes our G2M strategy; how to generate demand, accelerate deal conversion, and enable decision making at C-suite level.
Growth Execution: You operate at the center of the commercial unit, designing and orchestrating the execution of our growth initiatives, directly influencing our most strategic deals.
Pipeline Growth: You accelerate our sales pipeline development and conversion by determining where we play and how we build market access to clients and decision-makers.
Market Activation: You own and deliver the in-market execution activating high-impact channels such as events, industry alliances, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Team & Alignment: You lead a high-performing team and orchestrate cross-functional execution to ensure a consistent, focused, and outcome-driven approach to growth, working alongside all key functions: sales, product, advisory, policy, and marketing.
External Impact: You represent Climeworks Solutions externally at events, building and strengthening industry relations and identifying new opportunities that drive measurable commercial impact.
