About the role

Japanese-language training (80%)

  • Collect learners’ schedules and organize training sessions.
  • Manage training documentation, archiving, and effectiveness tracking.
  • Lead group Japanese-learning activities (discussions, sharing, presentations, etc.) and monitor participants’ progress.
  • Support associates in improving communication and understanding of Japanese materials to collaborate more effectively with Japanese clients.

Administration (20%)

  • Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks (document management, data entry, preparation of materials, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and engagement activities to support departmental operations.
  • 4th-year student majoring in Business Management, Linguistics, or related fields.
  • Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (Monday to Friday).
  • Able to provide a university recommendation letter (with red seal and clear indication of internship duration).
  • Proficient in Japanese (preferably JLPT N3 or above) and English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination and data analysis skills.
  • Proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
