About the role

From empowering entrepreneurs to building successful businesses, to supporting their clients to arrange 'me time' moments, we're in the business of elevating people - helping them to thrive and feel fantastic. Lifting others up can be hard, heavy work, and we passionately believe that the sense of purpose and personal satisfaction this brings are worth it.

What started in Poland is now an international, cloud-based marketplace that's scaling rapidly. We bring independent business owners together with their customers on a product that connects creative communities and opens up worlds of opportunities.

For our providers, our products offer services for getting booked, paid, and building a loyal client base. For their clients, we're where they can find their favourite spots, discover new businesses and book appointments in an instant.

Working in a rapidly growing, ever-changing scale-up comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges. If you prefer a stable environment, with clear processes and structures then, we've got to be honest, you won't always find that here. However, if you enjoy inventively solving problems with others, helping create clarity when things get confusing, and prioritising your own path within ambiguity, then the chances are that you'll love the opportunities available to grow your career at Booksy.

The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting:

As a Growth Engineer reporting to the Head of Growth Systems in our Growth Systems (DASA) team, you'll be the technical architect of our marketing "source of truth" — making sure every dollar spent on marketing and every action a user takes on our platform is tracked, attributed and actionable. You'll:

- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution logic across our data warehouse

- Own our tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, Segment) end to end

- Engineer identity resolution — connecting anonymous sessions to known users

- Implement server-side tracking to improve accuracy and reduce ad-blocker impact

- Build the pipelines that feed our BI tools and visualise the full conversion funnel

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need…

1. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including custom tracking scripts and DOM manipulation.

2. Experience integrating MarTech APIs — ad platforms, CDPs (e.g. Segment) and a data warehouse.

3. Experience with multi-touch attribution and/or identity resolution.

4. Working knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and cookie consent management.

5. At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

It will also help you to have…

1. Server-side tracking experience (server-side GTM, Conversions API)

2. Experience with BI/visualisation tooling (Looker)

3. Strong SQL and data modelling skills, ideally with dbt and a cloud warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery)

Benefits

Some of the benefits we offer are:

- We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first.

- Depending on which market you're joining, you might have office access or be fully remote - either works. All we ask is that you're based in the country/region this role is advertised in.

- Additional benefits that might differ depending on the location. You shall be provided with the benefits details during or after your first conversation with one of our TA Specialists.

How AI helps us find great people

Think of our AI tool as a really smart assistant for our recruitment team. Its job? To help us move faster, stay consistent, and make sure no great candidates are overlooked. Every application goes through the same AI review to help us spot skills that match the role - but don't worry, AI never makes the decisions. Real people do. Our recruiters and hiring managers handle every final call. And we regularly review how the tool is used to keep things fair, ethical, and compliant with data protection laws. Curious about how it works? You can always ask how AI was used in your application - it won't affect your chances in any way.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Commitment:

We work in a highly creative and diverse industry so it goes without saying that we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration in our hiring process. If you have any accessibility needs or require reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please contact us at belonging@booksy.com, so we can best support you.

Kindly submit your application and CV in English to ensure it is successfully reviewed.
