HR Technology Partner - Temporary

We're looking for a sharp, curious HR Tech partner to cover maternity leave. You'll step into an active scope, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and keeping key processes running smoothly.

• Own day-to-day Oracle HCM activities, including system maintenance and user support, in close collaboration with technical teams

• Serve as the primary HR Tech point of contact for HRBPs, translating business needs into clear technical requirements

• Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams across the company

• Develop AI-powered solutions and business processes that connect AI agents to Oracle HCM

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Tech, or a related role in a global hi-tech company

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex, multi-step processes

• Organized and proactive - can keep cross-team work moving

• Communicates well with both HR and technical audiences

• Curious about AI and how it connects to enterprise systems

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM - an advantage

• High level of English proficiency
