About the role
Main responsibilities
- Deliver remote training sessions to new and existing customers
- Manage multiple implementation projects from planning through to go-live
- Understand customer processes and recommend effective system workflows
- Collaborate with Technical, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to coordinate customer requirements
- Support customers during go-live and adoption phases
- Maintain expertise in new product features and industry best practices
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, training delivery, and project administration
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience delivering software training or implementation services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience analysing business processes and translating them into training or implementation plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Customer-focused with excellent organisational skills
