About the role
Your mission
As an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will lead challenging international initiatives. You are comfortable navigating the balance between agile and traditional methodologies.Your responsibilities in detail:
- Project Management & Budget Responsibility: Independently plan, execute, and monitor complex IT projects. You keep a close eye on time, cost, and quality targets and are responsible for budget reporting (target-actual comparisons) to management.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: You serve as the central point of contact for clients, management, and internal departments. You lead interdisciplinary project teams and confidently manage external service providers.
- Contribution to Process Optimization & Change Management: Analysis and sustainable improvement of internal IT processes, definition of standardized templates. You actively support organizational change.
- Multitasking & Structuring: Coordination of a large number of concurrent small-scale client projects as well as internal projects.
- International Project Management: You will take charge of managing and coordinating international teams across different time zones, ensuring transparent reporting at all times.
- Documentation & Facilitation: Leading project meetings, kick-offs, and workshops, as well as resolving conflicting objectives. You will create project documentation and decision-making templates for steering committees.
Your profile
- Certification: Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, Prince2, SCRUM Master / Product Owner).
- Experience: Several years of solid experience in managing complex IT projects and budget management.
- Tools: Proficiency in using common PM software (e.g., OpenProject, Jira).
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Industry-specific expertise in the areas of IT infrastructure and software development.
- Skills: Strong assertiveness and excellent conflict resolution skills.
