Project – the aim you’ll have

We build business process applications on the WEBCON BPS platform for external clients, delivering projects end-to-end - from business analysis and process design, through implementation, to ongoing development and support. You'll work on a wide variety of business processes across different industries, integrating solutions with clients' existing systems. This is a role with real ownership: you'll be responsible for shaping solutions from end to end, rather than focusing on individual forms or isolated components.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Conduct pre-implementation analysis by working with business stakeholders, understanding business processes, and proposing solutions rather than simply implementing predefined specifications.
• Design and build workflows, forms, and business logic on the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Integrate applications with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, ERP systems, and AD/Entra).
• Develop custom code extensions where low-code capabilities are not sufficient, using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Maintain and further develop implemented applications, handle support requests, and optimize existing business processes.
• Prepare technical documentation and transfer knowledge to the client's team.

Expectations – the experience you need

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing business processes using WEBCON BPS (Designer Studio).
• Experience with accounting and financial processes (e.g. invoice workflow, AP/AR, cost approval processes) and a good understanding of this business domain.
• Good knowledge of SQL / T-SQL, including writing queries, diagnostics, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of BPMN and the ability to translate business processes into workflows.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills in Polish and English, as some clients operate in international environments.

Additional skills – the edge you have
