We are a team of more than 350 professionals across Europe. As we continue to expand our presence in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven marketer to lead field marketing initiatives and support regional pipeline growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem across the DACH region. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships Management, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across our portfolio of digital experience and marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Ecosystem Development
Develop, manage, and expand a network of high-value partners, including system integrators, digital agencies, consulting firms, and referral partners across the DACH region.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations to maximize mutual business opportunities.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners aligned with company growth objectives.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and execute the indirect go-to-market strategy for each product line within the portfolio, including solutions such as Actito, Qualifio, Cohesivo, Quable, Raptor, and other offerings.
Drive partner engagement and enablement to ensure successful market positioning and commercialization of our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Accelerate pipeline generation and indirect revenue growth through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
Proactively identify upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts and drive cross-sell initiatives across the product portfolio.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Partner Enablement & Certification
Deliver commercial training programs and sales certifications to ensure partners can effectively position and sell our solutions.
Manage the partner certification process for system integrators in collaboration with Enablement and Professional Services teams.
Ensure partners maintain the required level of expertise and engagement to support customer success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to joint business planning and account development strategies with partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in the organization of partner events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives to increase market visibility and demand generation.
Performance Management & Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success and business impact.
Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, revenue contribution, and certification status.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and business insights to senior leadership.
