RD Validation Engineer

The Validation Manager is responsible to synchronize and track all test activities in a project based on an overall test planning. He achieves this target by respecting the following boundary conditions: There shall be a single test plan for the project which includes the test strategy for the complete project. There shall be a project test schedule which shall be permanently synchronized with the discipline test schedules. The overall test process – including DV and PV - is monitored, inconsistencies or deviations from the planning are escalated to the Project Manager.

• Knowledge of test methods, techniques and tools.
• Skills to estimate tasks or perform a risk management.
• Knowledge of the defined test processes.
• Understanding of Segment product centers products and systems.
• Understanding of the customers' and users' needs and problems.
• Capability to analyze technical problems Capability to take initiative Creativity.
• Test Reports generation and technical reviewer.
• Generation and Tracking of KPIs.
• IATF 16949.
• ISO 17025.
• Technical knowledge of sensors.
• Experience 4-5 years.
