Sales Agent Spare & Trading Commercial Operations

Work location: Landskrona, Sweden or Leipzig (Schkeuditz), Germany

How will you make a difference?

As a Sales Agent Spares & Trading Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for managing quotations Spare Parts for Car Builders and National Operators.

What will your typical day look like?

• Ensuring delivery of on time customer quotations
• Customer Communication, first point of contact for quotation related cases for Spares and Trading
• Preparation of quotes and Price Lists using Wabtec Tools, CPQ; Siscat, etc…
• Support of Key Account Manager in preparing customer Offers, Meetings and Visits
• Managing Price Lists and Preparation of Frame Agreements
• Coordinating the Customer Meetings related to Commercial Operations
• Data Management and Documentation
• Supporting Financial operations
• Analyzing of Customer Data using Wabtec Tools
• Strong collaboration with interfaces and Support functions, Sourcing, Engineering, Methods etc.

What do we want to know about you?

• Professional Educating of Commercial Operations, Quotation Management or similar Qualifications (Bachelor's degree in business administration is considered ad asset)
• +2 years of experience with specialist knowledge in the commercial field
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office package
• Fluent English language (German or Swedish languages are considered an asset)
• Independent and reliable
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• High customer focus and service-oriented attitude
• Strong team spirit
• Good organizational skills
