We’re excited to introduce a key operational role that supports our commercial activities across the region, ensuring that contracts, orders, deliveries, and payments run smoothly from start to finish.

We’re excited to introduce a key operational role that supports our commercial activities across the region, ensuring that contracts, orders, deliveries, and payments run smoothly from start to finish.
Keep in mind this is a part-time position (35-hours per week).
Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
- Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection.
- Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts.
- Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status.
- Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks, including credit insurance.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
- Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, with a practical and structured approach to work.
- English language skills at C1 level; Bulgarian at C2 level; Chinese at B2 level is a plus.
