- Creation of business Concept with development of market and customer’s request trend
- Creation of new machine/portfolio ideas ( solution ideas ) .
- Management of distributors /dealers/agents
- Development market with support by distributors/dealers and marketing
Job requirement
- Background
- Biological/Life Science education background .
- Experience
- Years’ experience to manage/lead distributors /dealers
- Understanding well with life Science field .
- Successful achievement in previous years/previous companies in Life Science business .
- Competency
- Communication skill to manage/lead distributors /agents as well as speaking towards to media/outside
- Result Orientation
- Future Orientation
- Cooperation attitude /skill
- Leadership
- Strong leadership for his/herself and business as well as to others ( distributors/dealer )
