About the role

The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and hiring high-quality technical talent to support IFS's growth and business objectives. This role serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative recruitment support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing expertise, a deep understanding of technology talent markets, and the ability to proactively identify and engage top technical professionals. They will work closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, build sustainable talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while driving recruitment excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, compensation insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber technical talent across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through continuous market mapping and candidate engagement.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools, talent intelligence platforms, and data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate identification, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Conduct targeted headhunting and passive candidate outreach for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment, providing well-informed recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, stakeholder coordination, and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent communities and long-term candidate relationships to support future recruitment needs.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support workforce planning initiatives and forecast future talent requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry developments, talent market trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment legislation, and recruitment governance standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recruitment projects, and employer branding activities where relevant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing-focused recruitment roles.
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, product, or other technology-related positions.
  • Experience utilizing modern sourcing methodologies, recruitment technologies, and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization is advantageous.
