About the role

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead strategic hiring for senior-level and leadership positions across Technology and Product, with a strong experience on the payments, fintech, and digital financial services ecosystem.

This person will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for critical roles that directly impact EBANX’s growth, scalability, and product evolution. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong stakeholder management, executive-level recruiting experience, and the ability to navigate complex hiring processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic talent advisor with proven experience recruiting senior individual contributors, managers, heads, and leadership roles in Technology and Product. This person should be comfortable partnering with senior leaders, building talent pipelines, mapping competitive markets, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout highly selective recruitment processes.

What you will do

Strategic Recruiting & Stakeholder Partnership

Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and People teams to understand business priorities, organizational needs, and hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, bringing market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting best practices to support decision-making.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and leadership roles across Technology and Product.
Build strong alignment with stakeholders on role requirements, scorecards, interview processes, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions.
Support workforce planning discussions by providing insights into talent availability, compensation trends, market competitiveness, and hiring feasibility.

Senior & Leadership Hiring

Own recruitment processes for strategic positions such as Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, GPMs, Tech Leads, Heads and other leadership roles.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-impact professionals in the payments, fintech, SaaS, technology, and product markets.
Conduct deep screening and assessment conversations focused on technical background, leadership capabilities, product mindset, business impact, and cultural alignment.
Manage complex and confidential searches with seniority, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
Ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for senior candidates, from first contact to offer stage.

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Map relevant companies, competitors, talent pools, and leadership profiles within the payments and fintech ecosystem.
Generate market insights to support hiring strategies, including talent availability, candidate motivations, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.
Proactively identify trends in Technology, Product, and Payments talent markets to help EBANX attract and retain top professionals.
Collaborate with Employer Branding and Talent teams to strengthen EBANX’s positioning among senior tech and pr

 

What we are looking for

Advanced to fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Proven experience recruiting for Technology and Product roles, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and act as a consultative talent advisor
Previous experience hiring for companies in the payments, fintech, financial services, digital banking, SaaS, or technology ecosystem is a plus
