We are looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive who wants greater ownership, variety and the opportunity to influence the direction of our marketing.

Your initial focus will be to take ownership of email marketing across several brands. Strong hands-on Mailchimp experience is essential, as you will plan, create, send, test and improve campaigns that generate genuine enquiries and sales.

The wider role will also cover social media, PR, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, exhibitions, photography, brand development and product launches.

About the business

We are a fast-moving print, clothing and branded merchandise business operating a growing portfolio of brands.

Our customers range from independent businesses and creative agencies to universities, festivals, fashion companies and globally recognised names.

This summer, we have printed thousands of bags for Wimbledon and completed branded merchandise projects for Rolls-Royce. We also regularly work with organisations and brands including Vodafone, Google, Ben & Jerry’s, Nike, Samsung, British Airways and Lenovo.

That variety means every campaign brings a different audience, product and commercial opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering regular Mailchimp campaigns across multiple brands and customer groups
• Writing strong subject lines, campaign copy and calls to action
• Managing segmentation, customer data and campaign performance
• Improving open rates, click-through rates, enquiries and sales

The role will also include:

• Social media, SEO, PR and paid advertising
• Website content, photography, video and creative campaigns
• Exhibitions, product launches and new customer acquisition
• Brand development and helping shape the future direction of our marketing

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Strong hands-on Mailchimp and email marketing experience
• Confident copywriting and campaign creation skills
• Experience with segmentation, data and performance reporting
• A good eye for branding, layout and visual presentation
• Organised, commercially minded and confident taking ownership

Desirable

• Experience in social media, SEO, PPC, PR or content creation
• An understanding of e-commerce and customer journeys
• An interest in fashion, design, print, clothing or branded merchandise
• Experience with Klaviyo, Woodpecker or similar platforms

You may currently be working as a Marketing Executive, Email Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager and be looking for greater variety and influence.

This is a hands-on role within a busy, entrepreneurial business where good ideas can be developed, tested and put into action quickly.

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
