- Strong experience in growth-focused lead acquisition.
- Hands-on performance marketing experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, and Sensor Tower.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence making decisions based on large datasets.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, and CPA.
- Experience managing budget pacing and media spend.
- Ability to create clear, actionable performance content briefs.
- Advanced English.
